Reserve Enough time
- Mediation is scheduled for half or full day sessions.
- The complexity of a cases involving more than two parties, coverage issues, or significant exposure may be best served by full-day mediation.
- Morning mediations begin at 9:30 a.m. Afternoon mediations begin at 1:30 p.m. Please communicate any requests for an alternative start time with our office via email.
- Full day mediations can begin at any time agreed to by the participants.
Finding available mediation dates
- After clicking the Schedule mediation link below, you will be taken to a calendar. Available days will appear with a circle around them. Click on an available date to select an available session. If only 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. appear on a particular date then the additional session for that date has already been reserved.
- After identifying a date acceptable to all parties, click the time selection to be taken on the case information page and submit your reservation request.
- You will receive a confirmation email after your submission at the email address you have provided. You will also receive email communication directly from us to confirm the provided participant information and coordinate the mediation venue.
- Mediation will generally occur via Zoom video conference. Upon special request, mediation may be conducted at one of the lawyer's offices, a court reporter's office, or another agreed location.
After Scheduling
- You will receive a Mediation Confirmation and Engagement email prior to mediation.
- Email a copy of the notice of mediation or any correspondence between in reply to the engagement email.
- Submit any materials you want reviewed before mediation at least 48 hours in advance.
