About Ryan Bennett

Ryan is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator. He mediates cases in all Florida State courts. 

Ryan is a native Floridian and member of the Florida Bar.  Ryan attended the Stetson University College of Law and Florida State University.  Prior to opening his mediation practice, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 3rd Judicial Circuit and in private practice. Since 2010, Ryan has worked in the greater Tampa Bay area. Ryan has handled a wide variety of matters including first party property damage claims, 1st & 3rd party bad faith claims, general business contract disputes, construction defect claims, property boundary disputes, homeowner association and community development district disputes, lost or damaged freight claims, premises liability, auto negligence, code enforcement disputes, and public records disputes.  Ryan has represented insurance companies, policyholders, residential property owners, commercial property owners, commercial truckers, web developers, international business entities, injured persons, churches, hoteliers, restaurateurs, and law firms. Having handled such a wide variety of matters and represented an equally wide variety of clients, he is able to quickly understand the perspectives of the parties involved and legal issues in dispute.
